Black Lentil Flour, Rice Flour, Iodized Salt, Black Pepper, Dehydrated Curry Leaves, Dehydrated Green Chilli Flakes, Asafoetida, Raising Agent (INS 500ii) and Acidity Regulator (INS 296).
Instructions for use
- Add 260 ml water to Vada mix and mix gently to get a smooth, uniform batter. Set aside the batter for 5-6 minutes. Add fine chopped coriander leaves.
- Take a small quantity of the batter on to your wet palm and make flat round shaped vadas with a hole in the centre.
- Fry the vadas in edible vegetable oil until they turn golden brown.
- Serve hot with coconut chutney / sambar.
