Udupi Ruchi – Tomato Chutni Bulk



Dehydrated Onion Powder, Dehydrated Tomato Powder (15 %), Fried Gram Dal, Iodized Salt, Spice Mixes, Sugar, Dehydrated Garlic Powder, Dehydrated Ginger Powder and Asafoetida.


  • Tomato Chutni Mix – 1 Kg
  • Grated Coconut – 1.8 Kg
  • Water – 4.5 liters
  • Oil – 200 ml
  • Mustard – 100 g
  • Fresh Curry Leaves as per your needs

Instructions for use

  • In a mixie take grated coconut and tomato chutni mix.
  • Add water little by little and grind to make fine paste.
  • Heat the oil, add mustard, curry leaves and add grinded chutni mix, cook for 4-5 minutes at medium flame.
