Udupi Ruchi – Rice Dosa Retail

Ingredients

Rice Flour (71%), Wheat Flour, Urad Dal Flour, Semolina, Iodized Salt, Acidity Regulator (INS 296) and Raising Agent (INS 500ii).

Instructions for use

  • In a bowl, uniformly mix Rice Dosa mix with 320 ml of water. Blend the batter in a mixer / blender for 30 seconds, allow the batter to stand for 10 – 15 minutes.
  • Smear the heated pan with oil. Sprinkle 1 cup of batter on pan.
  • Sprinkle butter in and around the batter. Fry on low flame till golden brown color.
  • Serve hot with coconut chutni, tomato chutni and sambar.
  • For Masala dosa: Sprinkle the chutni powder on dosa and spread Alu Masala on the dosa.
