Dehydrated Potato Flakes (48%), Fenugreek Leaves (7%), Corn Flour, Dehydrated Onion Bits, Raw Rice Flour, Whole Cumin, Dehydrated Coriander Leaves, Dehydrated Curry Leaves, Mixed Spices (Green Chilli Powder and Red Chilli Powder), Iodized Salt and Refined Sunflower Oil.
Instructions for use
- Add 160 ml of water to methi vada mix and mix well to make a dough and keep aside for 10 – 15 minutes.
- Make medium sized balls and flatten them without crack edges.
- Deep fry in oil up to golden colour and serve hot with tomato sauce and mint chutni.
