Coriander, Red Chilli, Cumin, Fennel, Black Pepper, Clove, Cinnamon, Caraway, Dehydrated Ginger Powder, Star Anise, Bay Leaf, Green Cardamom, Iodized Salt, Black Cardamom and Asafoetida.
Instructions for use
- Prepare the vegetables of your choice with usual spices in ghee or oil.
- Add 1 table spoon of Garam masala powder & stir vegetables on a low flame for 5 minutes.
- Keep covered for atleast 5 minutes to retain the aroma & serve hot.
