REQUIREMENTS (Per Packet)
- Dal Tadka Mix – 100 g
- Water – 500 ml
- Butter – 40 g
- Onion – 100 g
TADKA (Per Packet)
- Curry Leaves as per your needs
- Jeera – 5 g
- Butter – 10 ml
- Coriander Leaves as per your needs
Instructions for use
- Heat the Butter, sauté onion.
- Add water and dal tadka mix.
- Cook in the pressure cooker for 5-6 whistle.
- Heat the butter, add fresh curry leaves, Jeera and add cooked dal tadka and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with finely chopped fresh coriander leaves and Serve hot.
