REQUIREMENTS (Per Packet)
- Coconut Chutni Mix – 1 Kg
- Grated Coconut – 8 Kg
- (If Chutni found spicy, add 2 kg Grated Coconut extra)
- Water – 16 liters (for Thick Chutni – 7 liters)
- Edible Oil – 600 ml
- Mustard – 100 g
- Fresh Curry leaves – 200 g
- Fresh Mint (Pudina) – 2.4 Kg (for Pudina Chutni)
Instructions for use
- In a mixie grind the grated coconut with coconut chutni mix by adding water little by little until you get fine paste.
- Give tadka with coconut oil, mustard and curry leaves.
- Note: Add pudina while grinding for pudina chutni.
