Requirements (Per Packet)
- Chole Bhatura Mix – 200 g
- Water – 50 ml
- Curd – 40 g
Instructions for use
- Add chole bhatura mix to water and add curd to make soft dough without lumps and knead the dough for 5 minutes.
- Cover the dough with oil and keep it aside for minimum 30 minutes, make small balls and flatten with powder.
- Fry the chole bhatura in oil until fully fluffiness.
- Serve hot with channa masala.
