Dry Mango Powder, Whole Cumin, Black Pepper, Iodized Salt, Black Salt, Dry Ginger Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Whole Nutmeg, Acidity Regulator (INS 330) and Asafoetida.
Instructions for use
- Cook 500 g of chopped potatoes and vegetables of your choice in a cooker & keep aside.
- Heat 1 table spoon oil in a pan, add cooked vegetables and potatoes, saute for 2 minutes till get golden brown color.
- Transfer to a bowl, add 2 table spoon of pudhina chutni, 1 table spoon of lemon juice, 1/2 inch ginger, 1 chopped green chilli & salt to taste then mix well.
- Add 1 table spoon of Chat masala powder, toast well, garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
