Instructions for use
- Mix the contents of this pack with 150 ml milk and 100 g Khova. Stir continuously and heat on a medium flame for 2-3 minutes and add 50 g of ghee and stir for 3-4 minutes.
- Add another 30 g of ghee and stir for 1-2 minutes or till you get a Halwa-like consistency.
- Add 20 g of ghee and mix well to get non sticky Halwa after switch off the stove.
- Delicious Halwa is ready to serve.
- For Burfi Preparation
- Continue the stirring for another 4-5 minutes and transfer the contents to a plate greased with ghee.
- After 5 minutes, cut into the desired shape.
