REQUIREMENTS (Per Packet)
- Alu Mutter Mix – 50 g
- Water – 400 ml
- Fried Potato – 60 g
- Green Peas – 30 g (Froozen/Fresh)
- Butter – 10 g
- Fresh Cream – 10 ml
- Fresh Coriander Leaves as per your needs
- Onion – 60 g
- Oil for fry
Instructions for use
- Heat the oil, add cut potatoes and fry for 2 – 3 minutes and keep aside.
- Shallow fry onion with oil for 1 minute and transfer to mixer / grinder, add Alu Mutter mix along water and grind for 1 minute.
- Heat the butter in a pan, add the ground mixture and bring to boil.
- Add cooked green peas and fried potatoes, cook for 2 minutes on medium flame.
- Add fresh cream and garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
