Udupi Ruchi – Coconut Chutni Bulk

Ingredients

Fried Gram Dal, Iodized Salt, Dehydrated Green Chilli Flakes, Dehydrated Coriander Leaves and Tamarind Powder.

REQUIREMENTS (Per Packet)

  • Coconut Chutni Mix – 1 Kg
  • Grated Coconut – 8 Kg
  • (If Chutni found spicy, add 2 kg Grated Coconut extra)
  • Water – 16 liters (for Thick Chutni – 7 liters)
  • Edible Oil – 600 ml
  • Mustard – 100 g
  • Fresh Curry leaves – 200 g
  • Fresh Mint (Pudina) – 2.4 Kg (for Pudina Chutni)

Instructions for use

  • In a mixie grind the grated coconut with coconut chutni mix by adding water little by little until you get fine paste.
  • Give tadka with coconut oil, mustard and curry leaves.
  • Note: Add pudina while grinding for pudina chutni.
